SAUERKRAUT AND POLISH KIELBASA
Polish Sauerkraut Ingredients :
  • 2 qt. jars prepared sauerkraut (Polish style)
  • 2 pkgs. Kielbasa sausage
  • 2 tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 1/2 dried onion
Polish Sauerkraut Instructions :
Cut sausage into coin shaped pieces. Mix cut sausage with sauerkraut. Add sausage drippings or bacon drippings to mix. Put in 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees. Cover first 45 minutes; uncover last 45 minutes.
