Polish Sauerkraut Ingredients :
- 2 qt. jars prepared sauerkraut (Polish style)
- 2 pkgs. Kielbasa sausage
- 2 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 dried onion
Cut sausage into coin shaped pieces. Mix cut sausage with sauerkraut. Add sausage drippings or bacon drippings to mix. Put in 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees. Cover first 45 minutes; uncover last 45 minutes.
